Catapult Greater Pittsburgh has joined forces with Fannie Mae’s Sustainable Communities Initiative, to address the shortage of affordable and quality housing.
Catapult hosts a summer evening spent tasting food from some of the finest up-and-coming Black-owned culinary businesses in the city.
Catapult Culinary graduate, Darnella Murray, has been making a name for herself throughout Pittsburgh with her festive sweet treats.
After joining the 2024 Catapult Culinary cohort, Kesha Bennett started her catering business, Peacefulplatez, and feeding Pittsburgh’s unhoused population.
Thanks to the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh, Catapult’s second Gallery Retail Incubator storefront was renovated and reopened on May 17th.
