Duolingo and the Penguins team up to donate laptops to families in need

The Pittsburgh Penguins and Duolingo have teamed up to donate 35 laptop computers to the Circles of Greater Pittsburgh organization. Circles plans to distribute these laptops to families in the community whose children lack digital learning resources due to school closures.

“We are so grateful to the Pittsburgh Penguins and Duolingo for their generous contributions to the continued education of our community’s children during this crisis,” Tammy Thompson, executive director of Greater Circles Pittsburgh, said in a press release. “Families who have received these laptops are extremely thankful, and so are we.”
